750ml Mariko Sparkling Green Tea
Ice cubes
1.5L cloudy apple juice
10 shots vodka
Lemon and mint leaves or garnish

Method
Fill ten hiball glasses with ice.
In each glass pour 1 shot of vodka, 150ml cloudy apple juice and fill with green tea.
Garnish with mint leaves and sliced lemon.

Juice of 1/2 lime
6 large mint leaves
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce agave nectar (or sugar to taste)
lots of crushed ice

Method
Pour the lime juice into a highball glass and add the mint.
Crush the mint with a spoon.
Fill the glass with ice and add the tea, rum and agave nectar.
Stir well and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a wheel of lime.

8 mint leaves & more for garnish
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Method
In a small saucepan, bring 400ml of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar to a boil, turn off heat then stir until sugar dissolves.
Add 8 mint leaves, cover the pan and steep for 5 minutes to create a scented syrup. Discard leaves and allow to cool.
Fill 4 glasses to the brim with ice. Pour the syrup evenly into the four glasses and top with Mariko Sparkling Green Tea. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.

250ml water
Sugar to taste
Half a cucumber peeled and sliced
(leave a few slices over for garnish)
Handful of fresh mint
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime

Method
Boil the water, add the sugar and allow to cool for ten minutes. Tear the mint leaves and add to the sugared water and steep for a further 10 minutes. Add the juices and allow to cool. One cool, add the cucumber then chill for at about two hours.
Strain the cooled mixture into a large jug to remove the leaves and cucumber. Add the Mariko Sparking Green Tea. Serve in tall chilled glasses garnished with cucumber and a sprig of mint.

Method
In a small saucepan bring the water, ginger and sugar to the boil, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour through strainer into a large jug and chill for 2 hours.
Add the ice, lime juice, Mariko Sparkling Green Tea to the jug and serve immediately, garnished with a wheel of lemon.
